the view from my standard double room was lovely. i could see the harbour and it felt so serene! the food in the restaurant tasted great and the breakfast had many options.
the room was too small. it created a claustrophobic feeling.

this hotel had a excellent breakfast every day. there were many options available for guest. the location is perfect and i found it very central. the rooms had complimentary fresh water bottles.
my room windows did not offer adequate soundproofing. i found the night security personnel acted aggressively on one occasion.

uncomfortable bedspoor soundproofing
the beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable and also very noisy, especially when i turned over in my sleep. the rooms had poor soundproofing, so all noises, even from outside, were clearly audible. before 2:30 am, it was also barely quiet due to the surrounding bars and restaurants.. the service was hardly available. the bar was open or closed depending on the mood of the staff, a fact that complicated planning.
